Everyone dislikes returning products, whatever the reason, but we try to ensure that on such an occasion that the process will be easy and to everyone’s satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods or you want to exchange them you can return them to us up to 31 days (after your receipt of the goods), unused, in their original packaging including tags and labels and in a perfect and saleable condition. Once received we will issue a full refund (less original shipping costs) or an exchange to the value of the original purchase.
Under all circumstances, you will be responsible for the item until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method that will require a signature when it reaches us as we cannot be held responsible for parcels not sent securely.
Please include a copy of the original invoice in your parcel, if you do not have this then please include a note with your name, address and contact details along with any details of excha>nge or refund required. Unfortunately, we do get parcels back with no details whatsoever and cannot process them so the more detail you give us the quicker we can process it.
For exchange items, we do not cover the cost of you returning the item) unless otherwise agreed) but will not charge to ship the exchanged item to you (Mainland UK only). On certain occasions, and for a small cost we may be able to provide you with a swap out, this is where we will send you another items/size and collect the original item at the same time, saving you time and the inconvenience of arranging your own shipping. To return faulty or warranty goods please contact us in advance and have as much information as possible of the fault so that we can assess what action to take, it may be that we can just supply and exchange the goods.
Please send us an email with the order number and your full name and contact telephone number. Describe the problem and if possible, add a photo to clarify the issue. We will then look at the problem and let you know if you need to send the product back. If we aren’t sure ourselves, we will forward the problem description to the supplier to hear their opinion. This process saves you the frustration of paying for a delivery, just to find out the issue is not covered by warranty. We will only reimburse you for the postage cost if the product is faulty.
